*Product usage introduction
1. Adding ratio of resin and catalyst The amount of resin added: Component I: 0.3%~1.0% (accounting for the weight of the sand), component II: 0.3%~1.0% (accounting for the weight of the sand). The ratio of the two components is adjustable between (55~50): (45~50); Component Ⅰis high, the sand core has high initial strength and small gas generation;Component Ⅱ is high, the core sand can be used for a long time,high final strength,good demoulding effect,large pouring smoke and gas generation,bright carbon and pore defects in castings increased risk; Catalyst dosage:Usually 0.5~1.5kg/ton of sand.The factors that affect the catalyst dosage include: equipment, molds, sand core size and shape, sand temperature, and ambient temperature. Generally, the dosage of catalyst is the smallest in summer and the largest in winter.

2. Sand mixing process If a gap type sand mixer is used, different types of sand mixing equipment have different sand mixing times.
